We generally ship orders out within 1-2 business days (except when we are closed, see Hours). This is only an estimate and not a guarantee.
When longer times are necessary, or there are other delays, we will notify you via email and you will have the option to cancel if you wish.
Your phone number and email address (if applicable) will be required for all orders.
We usually ship with either UPS or USPS within the United States, based on cost and/or time effectiveness. Other carriers may occasionally be used. All shipments are insured via the carrier.
USPS will be used for international addresses, APO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Tracking numbers will be provided to the customer after the shipment leaves.
Major appliances for Export, or other Export merchandise, that are being delivered to a Shipper Warehouse Facility or a private outside storage area, will be sent with a trucking service.
Shipping or delivery charges are provided before checking out.
Actual shipping times are governed by the individual carrier and not by Bondy Export. International shipments are additionally dependent on clearing customs and on foreign postal services, which may not always be reliable. We cannot be responsible for customs, postal, or carrier delays.
For International Buyers:
Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Our Return Policy lasts 30 days from the date on the invoice. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
ALL returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you need to return an item, call us right away to get your authorization started.
KEEP THE BOXES!
Returned products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original undamaged carton, and shipped securely in another outside carton for protection in transit.
All original packing material, product literature, or blank warranty cards, must be enclosed in brand new condition. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund is made to the original method of payment.
A copy of your store receipt is also necessary to process a return.
Replacements are offered for defective merchandise ONLY, when available.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for non-defective items.
When accepting a delivery of major appliances, check for any obvious damage to the carton which may signify internal damage. Damaged goods should be refused and reported to us right away.
After you accept and sign for a delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for any damages.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping fees already paid are not refundable.
